First Georgia EPC Project

The Georgia Environmental Finance Authority announced that the Georgia Department of Corrections had implemented energy and water conservation measures at Phillips State Prison in Buford. This project is the first energy performance contract at a state agency since Georgia voters overwhelmingly approved a constitutional amendment allowing energy performance contracting in November 2010.
